• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) will be automatically deactivated.
• A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts.

• These terms and conditions are available in English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
• Under no circumstances shall Dhaka7 VIP be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond direct losses.
